Indigo Airlines is India’s Largest airline considering its fleet size and reach in the Indian market. Indigo airlines will now open two more options for travelers from India to visit the coral haven. With their reach and renowned low and affordable fares, Indigo has unveiled its plan to commence flight operations from two major Indian Cities.
Passengers from India will be able to book flights from Chennai and Hyderabad starting from the 1st of November. Flights from Chennai will be scheduled every Tuesday, and Thursday, and on the weekend on Saturday, these flights will be hosted by Velana International Airport, Maldives. Flights from Hyderabad will operate Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and a Sunday weekend flight. Indigo has already recommenced its flight operations from Bangalore and Mumbai to the country after the COVID-19 pandemic.
India is currently the top Market source for the Maldives standing at 1st place with a total of 153,204 tourists visiting the Maldivian shores as last noted on the 31st of August.
